How often do you refill the machines?

We generally try to visit most customers weekly, we do continually evaluate visit frequencies and if it’s felt that you need visiting either more or less often we will do our best to oblige!

What happens if I loose money in the machine?

Yes, it does happen! Please either give us a call on 02380 200559 or leave a note on the machine, next time we are in to fill the machine we will return your lost money.

What if we don’t want the machine any more?

Really?? Who doesn’t want nice treats at work!! But, seriously, if you really don’t want to be tempted by the goodies we bring every week, just let us know and we will remove the box or machine as soon as we can, there really is no obligation.

Do we need a minimum number of staff to be eligible to order a vending machine?

Customer must have more than five staff although staff numbers can be less for hotels and car delears for example. Get in touch for more information.

Which brands of products will the machines be filled with?

Machines will be filled on a regular basis with quality products such as Mars, Coca Cola, Walkers and McCoy crisps

What happens if a machine breaks down?

We aim to get breakdowns fixed within 3 days, if we cannot fix the equipment within this time we have replacement solutions which can be installed to cover while your machine is being repaired in the factory

How much does it cost to rent a vending machine?

There is NEVER any cost to your company for our machine. This is a free snack service.
